"Refund took way too long"
The refund was slow, really slow. I expected it to be handled a bit quicker, but it just dragged on. The service wasn’t great either, not great at all, so the whole experience was disappointing.

"Slow to Get a Simple Reply"

The parts were fine and did what I needed, but the postage was higher than I expected. It kind of left a bad first impression before I even got to use the item.

"Decent rewards if you order fairly often"
I signed up to their loyalty thing and got roughly a few quid off my next order. It’s not like you’re saving loads, but if you buy from them every so often it’s a nice little bonus.

"Pretty decent overall"
I ordered a few bits and pieces from Just Kampers and it was all straightforward. Got the order confirmation more or less straight away, then another update once it had been sent out. The delivery info was clear enough too. Only giving 4 stars because I had to wait a little while for a reply to one question, but it wasn’t a huge issue or anything. Overall, no real complaints and I’d probably use them again.

"Got sorted in the end"
Had a problem with my order and I did have to chase them a couple times, which was a bit annoying. But to be fair, they did get it sorted eventually. Not the smoothest experience, but it was ok in the end

"Checkout got the job done, but felt a little clunky"
My payment went through fine in the end, so nothing actually went wrong, but the checkout process felt a bit slower than I expected. I also had to re-enter my details once, which was a little frustrating. To me, it wasn’t a dealbreaker, but it did make the whole experience feel like it could use some polishing...

"Felt let down by the quality"
I’m disappointed. I fitted the part and it broke not long after, which is really frustrating because I feel like I’m the one stuck dealing with the hassle now. I expected it to last longer than that, so this has just been a poor experience for me.

"Not many options for my old van"
I was hoping to pick up a few parts for my older camper, but there just wasn’t much to choose from. A lot of the stuff I needed was either missing or out of stock, so I spent way too long clicking around for nothing. What made it more annoying was dealing with the usual automated bits instead of getting a straight answer from a real person. In the end, I gave up and ordered what I needed somewhere else.

"Okay parts, bit pricey"
Ordered a few bits from Just Kampers. They arrived fine. No issue there. Quality was okay too. Not terrible. Just expected a bit more for the price. Once postage was added, it felt expensive compared to other places. Not awful. Just not great value. Probably won’t be my first choice next time.

I went into the showroom hoping to get some help, but i felt like I was just standing around waiting forever. The staff didn’t seem interested at all, and after getting tired of being ignored, I just left without buying anything.

"A Little Frustrating, But Easy to Use"
Some of the parts I needed were in stock, but a few weren’t, which was a bit annoying because I was hoping to get everything sorted in one go. That said, the website was simple enough to use, so it didn’t feel like a total hassle. I just wish everything had been available at the same time.

"I’ve ordered from Just Kampers a few..."
I’ve ordered from Just Kampers a few times now and, they’ve been solid. The parts have arrived as described, and the website is easy enough to get around without feeling like a hassle, if that makes sense.

One order did take a little longer than I was expecting, but when I got in touch they replied and it was sorted out. I’d happily use them again for van bits.

"Photos didn’t quite match"
The part I received wasn’t the same as what was shown in the photos, so I went ahead and returned it. Not a huge deal, but the description could definitely be a bit more accurate.
